Belarusian State Technological University in cooperation with Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Lithuania) conduct competitive recruitment students to study in master's (remote form) on specialty «Property Management."
The program, developed by partner universities, with years of experience in property management in Belarus and Lithuania, is aimed at highly motivated individuals interested in questions of professional property management (including the international aspect), with the first stage of higher education.
Education in practice-oriented master's graduates can provide a high level of knowledge and skills for professional activities in various organizations, in businesses, public administration, as well as the real estate market (registration and accounting, valuation and real estate investment, development and management of public and private real estate).
Graduates who successfully complete the program successfully defended his master's thesis, acquire an academic degree «Master Control» (90 credits under the European Credit Transfer System - ECTS) and receive two diplomas: a) Master of Science in Management Vilnyusskogo tehnicheskogo universiteta Gediminas (accredited in the EU) and b) magistra management on specialty "property management" of the Belarusian gosudarstvennogo tehnologicheskogo universiteta that will enhance the competitiveness of graduates in the real estate in the labor market in Belarus, the CIS and the EU.
Training is provided on a fee basis ; total cost of education is: to citizens of the Republic of Belarus - 4.2 million Belarusian rubles per year for foreign nationals - Euro 1270 per year.
Duration of training is to master 2 years (4 semesters). Admission documents are accepted until September 5 2011
